Hypnosis is a normal, natural state that we all pass through every time we go to sleep. Everyone wanting to experience the relaxing state of hypnosis can. The key is your desire. However, each person does have a unique level of hypnotizability.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis. It is a choice that we make many times each day. Every time on your way to sleep and on your way to awakening, we pass through a state of hypnosis. You know when you hear the first few noises but you just don't care yet, and the wonderful smell of coffee in the kitchen-this is the relaxed state with heightened senses and awareness called self hypnosis. Driving to work and not remembering the trip, crying at a movie, identifying strongly with a character in the novel you are enjoying...all of these are examples of self hypnosis.
Not only is hypnosis wonderfully relaxing and de-stressing, but you can solve problems, gain insights, find answers, lay painful memories to rest, accomplish things that seemed impossible before hypnosis.
